The kitchen and living level opens straight onto the ocean through full-height glazing, with a marble-topped island and integrated joinery set up to keep the water the focus of the room.
A sculptural concrete spiral stair connects the levels, and a curved concrete stair with a steel handrail links down to a lower level with garage and additional living space.
The three-level home includes a basement, with hydronic slab heating throughout, a swimming pool and a circular art room. The basement holds a garage alongside a home theatre and a car turntable.
