What working with us looks like
We build what is drawn
We price to your documentation as issued, working through detailing and costing questions via our construction management software's RFI process before our price goes in. Where we see a constructability issue, we raise it with you at tender - not on site.
One point of contact
The director runs the project. You are not handed to a contract administrator who was not in the tender conversation.
Transparent from tender
Open communication with you, the client and the consultant team from tender through to handover. Program and budget are visible in our construction management software.
A limited pipeline
We take on deliberately few projects at a time. It is the reason we can give the detailing the attention that architectural work needs.
Trades who have done it before
Long-standing relationships with subcontractors and specialist trades who are used to period structures and to architectural documentation.
Photographed on completion
We have our projects professionally photographed at handover, and credit the architect on every project we publish. On recent projects we've split that cost with the architect, and often with suppliers and contractors who want their own copies, since photography and staging can run $10,000 - $15,000 on a larger home.
